Join the SDFA and/or AAUP online

To become a San Diego Faculty Association member, please complete the following form. Payroll deductions will begin following enrollment, after your membership is processed. You will be added to our email list and begin receiving communications immediately. The form below provides the option to also add AAUP membership.

As a member of a UC Faculty Association, which is a chapter organization of The Council of University of California Faculty Associations, you will automatically enjoy a connection with AAUP through CUCFA. However, to receive the full rights and privileges of individual AAUP membership, however, you can, as a supplement to your campus Faculty Association membership, join AAUP at special rates, available only to members of CUCFA-affiliated associations.

If you are currently a dues-paying member and only want to add AAUP membership, you will not be charged twice; only the AAUP membership fee will be added as a new deduction for you.

 

"UCPath Identification Number" is the eight digit number listed on your pay statement.
For the purpose of payroll deduction, this email must be a ucsd.edu address.

By clicking the “Enroll” button and submitting this form, I declare myself a member of UCSD Faculty Association. I authorize the UC to deduct dues in a manner and amount consistent with the Faculty Association’s Constitution and By-laws. I understand that the dues amount may change if authorized pursuant to the SDFA Constitution and By-laws. If this happens, I authorize UC to adjust my payment when notified by the UCSD Faculty Association. I agree this authorization remains in effect until terminated in writing by me.
